We were not disappointed when we hired PolyLEVEL.  Communication is very important to us and this company does an excellent job with this.  It began with Dennis the estimator.  We received a call from him as soon as we contacted the company, he made an appointment with us right away, contacted us half an hour prior to getting here and arrived exactly on time.  This showed us respect right from the start and as a result we accepted his quote immediately.  We knew we were in good hands from that moment.

Q and Jon were the technicians we had the pleasure of dealing with.  They were also excellent at communicating with us throughout our entire dealings with them.  They were very professional, thorough in explaining their process, diligent, courteous, respectful and when they ran into mechanical issues they apologized for the delay and were right back at it in a very short time.

We hired PolyLEVEL to level our concrete veranda which had sunk over time.   This same repair was done with mud jacking about 10 years ago with a different company but we decided to go with this process instead because the mud jacking did not perform well for us at all and our veranda sunk pretty quickly and drastically over the years.  The other difference between mud jacking and this technique is that the mud jacking left pretty significant holes and patches on our veranda in comparison to the much less intrusive method used by this company.
