I've dealt with many contractors over the years and I have to say, the staff at PolyLEVEL are the best so far. Alex was a pleasure to work with. He came out to do my assessment and he answered every question I had. From my concerns about the appearance of the holes being drilled into the concrete (which basically disappeared after two weeks and were barely visible to begin with) to the environmental impact of the product (no impact). He was thorough, attentive and very detail orientated. Alex gave me the confidence to complete the work. I had my driveway lifted, had the preventative injection work done on the rest of the concrete as well as seal and joint repaired. The quality of work was excellent. So much so that I called Alex again a couple weeks later and got the surface sealant work done as well for additional concrete protection against pitting and water damage. That turned out excellent as well. Its great to see that consistency in service and quality. The customer care team was a pleasure to deal with. The work crews that showed up were so polite, friendly and professional. I was incredibly satisfied with the entire process from start to finish. The only downside is that my bar for good service has been raised pretty high for every other contractor and I doubt they'll be able to match PolyLevel. Great job!

I was immediately impressed when I called to schedule an appt. They were very professional, polite and friendly. When Bob arrived to provide a quote I was even more impressed, again the professionalism shown, the care and consideration of our specific needs were addressed and within an hour we had a quote with a drawing mapping everything out for us. Super cool. The process for us was 2 visits, on the 1st visit Jon and Steve looked after the cleaning and prep of the concrete. Not only were they professional, they were knowledgeable, polite and also I believe Steve was in training. Jon was a fabulous leader and they worked very well together. Second visit was for the lift and concrete seal.....wow! This was completed by Hugo, Oliver and Dave, and they were simply amazing. Hugo is an outstanding leader, you could clearly see the respect his Team has for him and with that, they worked like a well oiled machine. It was great to watch. Each one of these super people also commented on the great company they work for and I thought that in itself was amazing. Thank you again, we are very satisfied customers of PolyLevel!!! We contacted this company due to the very positive reviews they received.  Good reviews DO matter whenever we hire anybody for any type of work.   We were not disappointed when we hired PolyLEVEL.  Communication is very important to us and this company does an excellent job with this.  It began with Dennis the estimator.  We received a call from him as soon as we contacted the company, he made an appointment with us right away, contacted us half an hour prior to getting here and arrived exactly on time.  This showed us respect right from the start and as a result we accepted his quote immediately.  We knew we were in good hands from that moment.   Q and Jon were the technicians we had the pleasure of dealing with.  They were also excellent at communicating with us throughout our entire dealings with them.  They were very professional, thorough in explaining their process, diligent, courteous, respectful and when they ran into mechanical issues they apologized for the delay and were right back at it in a very short time.   We hired PolyLEVEL to level our concrete veranda which had sunk over time.   This same repair was done with mud jacking about 10 years ago with a different company but we decided to go with this process instead because the mud jacking did not perform well for us at all and our veranda sunk pretty quickly and drastically over the years.  The other difference between mud jacking and this technique is that the mud jacking left pretty significant holes and patches on our veranda in comparison to the much less intrusive method used by this company.   Due to all the factors I mentioned above, I do not hesitate to highly recommend this company.

PolyLEVEL provided a fantastic, professional service from beginning to end. My first contact was with Vince. He was professional over the phone and when he came to do the estimate, he was extremely informative. He answered all of our questions and more! He did not hesitate to spend a great deal of time with us despite the fact that it was a free estimate. The team that came to do the work (Ryley & Jayden) were equally as professional and demonstrated superior customer service skills. Ryley called to let me know they were on their way and they arrived right on schedule. He explained each step of the process and checked in with me throughout the work to ask if I had any questions/opinions etc. It was very obvious that he has a clear understanding of the process and that he values customer satisfaction. Once the work was completed, Ryley and Jayden walked me through it, reviewed the contract and explained what I could expect. They did a great job! I chose PolyLEVEL Alberta Corp because they, of all my estimates, appeared to have the required experience, technology and confidence to do my concrete lifting, leveling, stabilizing and sealing and they told me that they would do a job that I could be proud of. Their explanations and sincerity convinced me of the verity of that promise. In short, they surpassed my every expectation and the result is that the job looks very much like new, despite my concrete being some 30 years old. I am so happy and satisfied as to be able to highly recommend PolyLEVEL Alberta and their wonderland and highly experienced team of sales personnel and technicians. When the job was completed the workers spend a considerable amount of time cleaning up the work site; leaving it looking both clean and tidy. Impressive attention to detail! We were so impressed with the job done today - we were honestly speechless! It was not easy as there were unanticipated complications - such as the steps being connected to a deep cement pile. The crew (Dan & Kalen) called the site manager (Francois) for guidance and he showed up right away. The time spent obviously exceeded the time allocated. They had to source other equipment to deal with the cement pile issue. It doesn't happen often nowadays that workers actually have tenancy to follow through to an end product. I would recommend this company 100%. We truly appreciate a job well done!!! They were also great at communicating what was happening and my mother-in-law was shocked at the customer service level and commented the workers were "so congenial". Thank you so much!!! We loved transacting with this company.

I have to say that Francois & Jeric were AMAZING! The level of service from beginning to end was outstanding! Ryan came out to give us a quote, very professional and polite and he was the reason we chose PolyLEVEL. They lifted our cracked and sinking cement pad in the back and did an amazing job! We are very pleased with the results and they never tacked on any extra fees for this and that....very honest and decent people. They truly were the BEST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If your looking to level your cement/concrete/driveway/sidewalk...you MUST CALL THESE GUYS! A+++++

The work done here yesterday is worthy of acknowledgement, but I just could not find a way of adding this to the long list of ‘testimonials’ on PolyLEVEL’s website. So, for what it’s worth, here it is:   PolyLEVEL’s staff (reception, sales, and technical) were efficient and professional.  Cost estimates were, I believe, reasonable and better than merely competitive.   I much appreciated the fact that they were refreshingly straightforward and clear about what they could and could not do.  The installers used some innovative in-house developed techniques and tools to do what otherwise might have been difficult or impossible to achieve.   The prize, though, goes to the pair of technicians who did the actual work – Q and Alex.  They were easygoing lads, yet very good at what they do and they went above and beyond to fix the variety of challenges they found here.   All-in-all a company I strongly endorse and recommend.   Thanks for a good experience.
