PolyLEVEL provided a fantastic, professional service from beginning to end. My first contact was with Vince. He was professional over the phone and when he came to do the estimate, he was extremely informative. He answered all of our questions and more! He did not hesitate to spend a great deal of time with us despite the fact that it was a free estimate. The team that came to do the work (Ryley & Jayden) were equally as professional and demonstrated superior customer service skills. Ryley called to let me know they were on their way and they arrived right on schedule. He explained each step of the process and checked in with me throughout the work to ask if I had any questions/opinions etc. It was very obvious that he has a clear understanding of the process and that he values customer satisfaction. Once the work was completed, Ryley and Jayden walked me through it, reviewed the contract and explained what I could expect. They did a great job!
