He listened to my story of squirrels burying things under my front entrance walkway. Then he explained the process and gave an estimate of when the job might be scheduled along with a reasonable quote. A week later Lindsay called (Monday) to book a date and time for Wednesday (2 weeks from first contact). I expected another two weeks. Q and Ryan called ahead to confirm their arrival time. They reviewed the site and got their system geared up. Drilled the holes, filled the holes and the void left by the squirrels. Everything looks great, the squirrels will have to find another hiding spot. Very good service from the whole team.
