I live on a acreage just outside Bonnyville Alberta. My house is aprox 9years old.My driveway had settled aprox 4” so there was a significant rise entering the garage, plus my sidewalk along one side of the garage had tipped away from the garage aprox 3” the only thing holding it up was the rebar dowels into the garage footing. I also suspected that the front patio was hollow underneath and all that was holding it up was also the dowels into the house basement wall.I contacted poly level and they asked for pictures and measurements, once I provided what they asked they quoted me a price to get everything back in place and fill the voids underneath the concrete.The crew showed up two young fellows named Quinton “Q” and Josh at aprox 10:30 AM. And set up there equipment. They drilled 3/8” holes in various locations throughout the driveway entering the garage. On the side walk they installed mechanical lifting jacks and drilled holes along the length of the sidewalk. They drilled several holes in the patio as well.They then started injecting the foam material into the driveway and the driveway started lifting rather quickly to my surprise. They repeated the same injection procedure on the sidewalk and front patio making sure everything was back to original construction.They repaired several cracks in the concrete that had occurred during the settling. Plus they grouted in all the holes they drilled.The two boys “Q” and Josh did a heck of a job lifting everything back in place and did a great job cleaning up before they left. They were gone by Aprox 2:00PM.The quoted price was about half of what it would of cost to replace the concrete and if I went that way who knows if in a few years it would not settle again.I can not say if this will not settle over the next few years only time will tell. But there is a three year warranty if anything does settle within that time frame.

I was pleased with my experience with this company right from the start. I requested an online quote for my sinking driveway on a Thursday afternoon and received a follow up call the same afternoon. They booked a time within ten days to come to my location in Camrose for a quote.  Bob arrived and was punctual and professional. I received a courtesy call half an hour before he arrived. His quote was detailed and provided different options depending on my budget. He showed me an informative video on how the process is completed. The quote was cheaper than others that I received locally and was given to me on the spot. I was also given the option to save 5% if I booked that day. It was an easy decision based on how my experience was up to that point. Bob followed up with a personal email to thank me and let me know that I would receive a call to book the work which would probably be completed in 2-3 weeks. I was even more impressed when they called to ask if they could come the next day. The next morning Hugo and Oliver provided me the same courtesy call that Bob did and when they arrived they were nothing but professional and courteous. They kept me informed of everything I needed to know. They were friendly and wouldn't accept payment until I was pleased with the work.  They did a fantastic job leveling and sealing my driveway. They were organized and efficient and cleaned up very well. Kudos to Hugo and Oliver for their awesome workmanship. I would recommend Polylevel every opportunity I have. We recently had PolyLevel work on our driveway and I can't say enough good things about them. They have an excellent team starting with call taker who was attentive enough to catch details that really helped the service fit in our busy schedule. You will be glad to do business with them. Our call representative explained the options and timelines of the service we were requesting and made the choice to go ahead with booking a service call very informative. We received a call back from a salesperson and they went over the details and options and carefully ensured they understood the scope of what we were selling. No upsell, no other information added. Hugo and Olivier called ahead on the day of the appointment alerting that they were in the area. This gave us ample time for us to move our vehicles and other items from the work surface. They arrived on time and efficiently began the work. The sealant crew was dispatched the next day and Ryley and Hani called when they were on the way and as well arrived and set about sealing and explaining the results and how we needed to care for the driveway while it set. Very Good Crews both teams. Cleanup was done by the sealant crew and there was no cleaning needed by myself the homeowner. Our driveway looks great and others in the area that have had mudjacking questioned why ours looks so much better. I reviewed many profiles on the web and read the differences between Poly fill and mud jacking and the advantages of poly fill were quite evident. I also read the reviews and testimonials on the PolyLevel website and checked with some of the reviewers that I recognized and all said that they were the best choice. I am glad I called PolyLevel. They have an excellent team.            

Excellent work! and overall great experience from start to finish. Bradon was so great to deal with when getting our quote, going over the product, process of the work and providing great options and also reasonably priced.   Ryley and Jon completed the work on lifting and sealing my driveway to meet up with my garage pad, side and front sidewalk and they were so friendly, helpful and answered all questions I had throughout the process and also let me watch the process as well.   Customer service is top level with this company, amazing to work with and answered all questions with lots of knowledge and got back to you quickly as well.   Overall great experience, happy with the product and will highly recommend to anyone.

Filipe (Estimator) explained the process and what to expect.  He was very professional and easy to talk to.   My neighbor and I booked our driveway levelling the same day the estimate was done.   I received a phone call a few days prior to the work being done.   The crew, consisting of Josh, Jeric, and Connor showed up exactly when promised.  When they arrived, they marked off the construction site with orange cones (public safety!).  Each of the crew knew exactly what to do, they were very efficient, never got in the way of each other.  No swearing, no smoking, just "Get 'er done attitude!".  Work was amazing!   I highly recommend PolyLEVEL Alberta Corp, Filipe, Josh, Jeric, and Connor!  110% satisfied!

PolyLevel is a fantastic company. They have amazing customer service and follow through on that promise!   I used PolyLevel to get everything done to my driveway: foam injection to stabilize and level it; sealant to prevent moisture from penetrating the concrete; and filler in the expansion joints. I also had them lift and level the sidewalk from my driveway to front step.   Everyone I dealt with from the company, from the person who originally quoted me, to people on the phone, and the crews, were pleasant, friendly, professional, and on time. The company communicates well with clients, with crews calling in advance of their arrival and then actually arriving in the window they said. I'm big on punctuality, so this is a huge plus in my eyes.   After I had the work done in Sept 2020, I had a concern the sealant hadn't worked everywhere. I contacted PolyLevel and they said they would re-seal, but the weather was too cold. I put a reminder on my calendar to call them in the spring (March 2021) and I was blown away that they called me before I could get around to calling them. I was sure I'd have to call them and remind them. Many companies would not be proactive and instead just let someone with a concern forget about it with the passage of time.   This Sept 2021, I noticed some of the joint filler had holes in it. I emailed, and the same day had a call back, and an appointment with a foreman that same week. He looked over the filler and also noted the sidewalk I'd had levelled had sunk. He said a crew would come out to inspect, fix, or replace all the joint filler (not just the areas I pointed out) and re-lift the sidewalk. A crew came the next day.   I have been beyond impressed with PolyLevel in the year-ish since I first hired them. They back up their product with amazing customer service and prompt follow through. Their top priority really does seem to be ensuring everyone who uses them is happy, even well after the bill's been paid. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My sidewalks, front stairs, and concrete back pad were becoming an issue for me. The sidewalks were sloping toward the house. the stairs coming away from the house, and the back pad was cracking because it was being undercut by water. Ryley and Russell the technicians that worked with me quickly ascertained the lay of the land, confirmed with me, and got down to business. They were quick, careful, and displayed an attention to detail that is hard to find when contracting out. I felt as if they were treating my project as if it was their own. The results were impressive. The stairs returned to their original position, my walks now sloped properly, and my back pad re-sloped and sealed against the elements. There is a small but significant Coda to my experience. My LWD (little white dog) decided to make some significant alterations to the applied sealant in the back. I wound up with paw-prints in several locations. I called PolyLevel to see what could be done. A crew was dispatched the very same day and repairs were swiftly effected, at no additional cost. Amazing. Polylevel, in my case, did the project right the first time and stood behind their work 100% and went above and beyond when it came to incidental dog damage. I would highly recommend Polylevel to any homeowner who needs sidewalk/pad rehabilitation.

Craig, Connor, Jerrick and John did a great job levelling our sidewalk. They were friendly and professional and even engaged our kids in the process. When Polylevel did our quote they were the only company that took time while at our house to thoroughly explain the process, answer questions and reassure us it would be successful. Others said it couldn’t be done and we’d need new concrete at quadruple the price this job cost. Hani and Ryan returned to do the sealant after the poly had cured and were just as professional as everyone else from the company. We’re very happy.
