I was pleased with my experience with this company right from the start. I requested an online quote for my sinking driveway on a Thursday afternoon and received a follow up call the same afternoon. They booked a time within ten days to come to my location in Camrose for a quote.  Bob arrived and was punctual and professional. I received a courtesy call half an hour before he arrived. His quote was detailed and provided different options depending on my budget. He showed me an informative video on how the process is completed. The quote was cheaper than others that I received locally and was given to me on the spot. I was also given the option to save 5% if I booked that day. It was an easy decision based on how my experience was up to that point. Bob followed up with a personal email to thank me and let me know that I would receive a call to book the work which would probably be completed in 2-3 weeks. I was even more impressed when they called to ask if they could come the next day. The next morning Hugo and Oliver provided me the same courtesy call that Bob did and when they arrived they were nothing but professional and courteous. They kept me informed of everything I needed to know. They were friendly and wouldn't accept payment until I was pleased with the work.  They did a fantastic job leveling and sealing my driveway. They were organized and efficient and cleaned up very well. Kudos to Hugo and Oliver for their awesome workmanship. I would recommend Polylevel every opportunity I have. Thanks for a great experience.
