I have concrete steps beside my house, they don't seem to be sinking, but only have a void underneath. I would like to get an opinion on whether or not this needs to be filled, if yes should it be mudjacking or poly foam (or something else?) and an estimate on the cost and timeline.
The concrete steps are 122cm x 185cm. I estimate that the void is up to 20cm vertically at its largest point, but on average probably 10cm (estimated fill volume 0.23 cubic meters).
I suspect that the fill could happen from 2 sides as we have dug around the steps already, so I don't think drilling holes would be needed.

Our driveway has settled from about 1/2 inch on one side of the garage to about 2 inches on the other. There are also a few cracks at the top. The sidewalk from the driveway to the front door also has settled a bit and cracked. The garage floor itself could also use some patching (and maybe sealing?) as it is suffering a bit from the chemicals brought in by the car after driving over our winter roads.

We are looking to have our front walkway raised to match the bottom level of our front entry stairway. There is currently about a 2-3 inch gap.
It is a 1960s house with a concrete walkway and concrete stairs. There is also a void under the stairs, which seems to be typical for these homes (and likely contributing the walkway settlement) - if cost permits, we would look to have this void filled as well.
The services to the house run out of the front of the house (not the back alley), but I assume are deep enough that they would not be impacted.

Replacement can be quite expensive and we would rather avoid that until we can decide on how we want to landscape the front. We are considering options that may be available to level our garage slab. The garage is 50 years old, is a slab on grade and supports the walls of the garage. The slab is cracked in several places, more importantly, the North West and Southwest corners have sunk approximately 2 to 2.5 inches. The slab is compromised in several areas, however, I am less concerned about the aesthetics and more concerned about the pooling of water in the corners. The option of having the garage lifted and the slab replaced is very expensive and we are considering what other options might be available to us.
As such, we are curious if your system is a viable option for our case.

Regardless of the unseen construction below, our whole back entrance has settled a lot so that the ceramic tiles have all cracked close to the exterior wall. We are hoping to have someone confirm what is under the back entrance floor and to give a quote on foam -jacking it back to level, IF that can actually be done in that area. We are totally willing to remove all of the tiles in that area as they do need to be replaced anyway.
