Customer Care position involves every step of customer care from receiving calls to following up after job completion to assess and increase customer satisfaction. Main task is to assist clients on phone and provide scheduling for client appointments and our team. Tasks include but not limited to: Receive calls, provide product and services information, update social media, schedule sales appointments, process orders, schedule installations, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
