Title: Customer Care Specialist

Lindsay is a part of the Customer Care team here at PolyLEVEL Alberta and is coming up on her 6th season with us. She is one of our Customer Care Specialists, and also coordinates the production schedule for the installation of your project. Her quick thinking and adaptability allow her to perform her job well and efficiently.

Lindsay's previous work experience includes 10+ years of customer service. In her previous positions, she's developed skills in dispatching, booking appointments and handling inbound calls which she exercises frequently in her role as part of our Customer Care team. Her friendly and bubbly demeanor make her a pleasure to work with on your projects. She is always happy to help and find the ideal time to schedule your installation.

If Lindsay is not in the office, she enjoys spending her time cooking and crafting and spending time with her family and friends.
