Our Overall Service
Call Representative
Bruce Benson spent considerable time measuring and explaining in great detail what Polylevel would be able to do to rectify the large centre garage slab crack with lifting and raising the sides as well as answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we had.
He followed up and even came back to the project site on a non-work day to ensure that we had cleared the garage so that the crew could start immediately.

Our Installation Crew
Ryan and Rob called with their eta as requested and arrived ahead of scheduled time. They introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing, taking time to answer any questions we had. I commend Ryan in particular for talking me out of spending additional money in doing something that would not be effective.
Both worked methodically and diligently, getting the job done in under four hours, raising and levelling the sides enough to reduce, level and fill the large centre crack. The overhead and entrance doors now close beautifully. Very satisfied.
The Cleanup Process
Good clean-up both inside the garage and driveway after those cracks were sealed as well.

Bruce Benson explained what the product could/would do. Didn’t oversell Polylevel, but also did not diminish capabilities of competitors.
