We were so impressed with the job done today - we were honestly speechless! It was not easy as there were unanticipated complications - such as the steps being connected to a deep cement pile. The crew (Dan & Kalen) called the site manager (Francois) for guidance and he showed up right away. The time spent obviously exceeded the time allocated. They had to source other equipment to deal with the cement pile issue. It doesn't happen often nowadays that workers actually have tenancy to follow through to an end product. I would recommend this company 100%. We truly appreciate a job well done!!! They were also great at communicating what was happening and my mother-in-law was shocked at the customer service level and commented the workers were "so congenial". Thank you so much!!! We loved transacting with this company.
