I had some sidewalks leveled previously by PolyLEVEL. Recently I noticed one of the sections of my sidewalk shifting slightly which was tearing the joint filling compound. I just called into the company to see if they could schedule someone to come and do a touchup repair and spoke with Suzanne, one of the Customer Care Specialists. She looked up my file for the previous work that had been done and arranged for a crew to come and take care of this work. The reason I am writing this review is it has been so long since I have had this kind of excellent customer service from someone over the phone. Suzanne took the time to listen to what my concern was and in a clear concise manner she proceeded to work on a solution for me. This level of service is so rare these days I was truly stunned by the fact that there was no frustration on my part which is usually the norm. Thanks Suzanne, you made my day.

As a followup, the service crew from PolyLEVEL which consisted of Q, Jon, and Talha came to my residence to perform the adjustment that I had requested. They went over the entire area that had been originally serviced and proceeded to make adjustments to additional areas as well. They worked quickly and left the site adjusted perfectly and very clean. This company continues to impress me. They have been booked for another job on a family members property and I'm confident that job will be a success as well.
