Alex and Jayden came out the first time to lift the pad as per our contract. Very professional, they explained what they were doing. Cleaned up and told me that they would return in a few days to seal the joints. Ryley and Jayden came out to seal the joints. Once again very professional and they once again explained what they were doing and when we can drive on it. Both teams get 5 stars. Alex and Jayden came back for a third time because of the parging not completed in certain areas. Very patient with us. As for customer service, Susan was always willing to listen and very polite on the phone, she gets 5 stars too. Everyone showed up when they said they would. Job looks great. Thank you.
