Great job by both crews, Ryley & Jon for the levelling and Alex & Nick for the sealing. Alex & Jon even took the time to explain to a curious neighbor the process while doing the repairs to our driveway.  

I am glad to choose POLYLEVEL. Today I have a concrete lifting on my side step and driveway. The crew Ryley, Harm and Jon are friendly and helpful on explaining the process and the next step for the concrete filling. The process is seamless from the site visit getting a quote to the actual work done.  

Q, Jon, and Dave were amazing. I know the product is good from a past contract but these 3 guys made the experience of fixing a long annoying sidewalk fun and pleasant. They explained everything as they worked and worked very efficiently. Three neighbors came over to get contact info and the guys were very helpful to them too.  

Introduced themselves very pleasantly and professionally, cleaned up the work area, explained in detail the results. We would recommend this company to others.

Q and Jon were very respectable friendly and cleaned up the work area...The idea of a free quote was for sales person to come to see what was needed not like a competitor company who did it by a picture.   *ADDITIONAL TESTIMONIAL* Had you do the front of my home and was very happy with work so had you come back to do side and back of house. Your crew were very good ( Q , Alex Jayden )was raining but still did the job need with a smile on there faces great crew and I don't usually give 5 stars but they deserved 5 plus stars.

Yesterday, your crew (Hugh and partner) arrived at our home at approximately 10:00 am.   Both men introduced themselves on arrival and conducted themselves very professionally. Initially I had some concerns regarding the the outcome of the process, based on a neighbors driveway that had the Polylevel process done.  I did explain that I was aware the neighbor's job was done by a Calgary company. Both of your employees were very willing to view the neighbor's driveway with me, and were able to reassure me that our driveway would not have the same disastrous result as the neighbour.  Once they started our driveway project they periodically had us come out to view the work as it progressed; thus building confidence that we would be pleased with the final result. We are thrilled with the final result! Your employees should be commended for their professionalism, work ethic and skill of the PolyLevel process.

Just a note to say Thank You for a job well done.  Right from my initial contact, followed up with a personal visit and a suburb install crew (Dan & Joe) the job went beyond what I had expected. Dan had contacted us with a concern for changing weather conditions and arranged to complete the jobs (3) one day early. They were courteous, very informative and work well with an audience. Thanks again for the great job!

There is good reason for why PolyLevel boasts a 5 star rating. From initial contact to completion, we had our repairs done in record time. Alex, who provided us with the initial quote was excellent with all our communications. Hugo and Olivier arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done, were super polite in answering our questions, and set to work promptly. They cleaned the driveway after the work which was done in record time. The next day, Jayden and Christian, who arrived on time to fill the cracks, were also wonderful with communication, and had the job done quickly in a professional manner. Well done team!

Polylevel responded quickly to our request for a quote on having our driveway lifted up to where it joined the garage slab, and also lifting the sidewalk up to our front step. Alex did an excellent job describing the process to us, very informative and courteous, and a had a quote for us very promptly. When Hugo and Olivier came to do the work we had requested, they answered all our questions and were very efficient, and quickly and professionally got the job done. They also did a great job cleaning up, and informed us that another crew would come the next day to do the crack repairs and sealing. What an amazing process and great staff!
