Yesterday, your crew (Hugh and partner) arrived at our home at approximately 10:00 am.  

Both men introduced themselves on arrival and conducted themselves very professionally.

Initially I had some concerns regarding the the outcome of the process, based on a neighbors driveway that had the Polylevel process done.  I did explain that I was aware the neighbor's job was done by a Calgary company.

Both of your employees were very willing to view the neighbor's driveway with me, and were able to reassure me that our driveway would not have the same disastrous result as the neighbour. 

Once they started our driveway project they periodically had us come out to view the work as it progressed; thus building confidence that we would be pleased with the final result.
